The Power of Language Models such as ChatGPT:
A New Frontier of Artificial Intelligence

In this presentation, we will explore the revolutionary technology of language modelling, such as ChatGPT, and its impact on the field of artificial intelligence. We will start with an introduction to the basics of AI, including an overview of language models for those unfamiliar with the topic. We will then focus on the practical aspects, such as guidelines and best practices for incorporating AI into engineering education in higher education. We will explore the many applications of AI in education, as well as the challenges and ethical considerations that arise.
The session will conclude with a discussion, moderated by Prof. Rudi de Castro, coordinator of the Adingor Teaching Committee.
